To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what mechanisms his Department uses to help ensure value for money when utilising Other Government Department transfers.

Transfers from Other Government Departments are treated in the same way as any other public money and in line with His Majesty's Treasury's guidance on Managing Public Money.
