To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to page 12 of the Memorandum for the Ministry of Defence Main Estimate 2023-24, when his Department first began Other Government Departments (OGD) transfers for the National Cyber Security Programme; and how much has been transferred from his Department for this programme since the first of those transfers took place.
