Pupils: Ethnic Groups

Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Education, how many and what proportion of state school pupils in each local authority (a) belonged to each ethnic group, (b) had English as their first language, (c) did not have English as their first language and (d) had their first language recorded as unknown in each year since 1998.
