The following upgrades and modifications of Class 357 units operated by c2c have been completed for the 25/26 calendar year:
- Train Painting & Corrosion Repairs: 27 units
- LED Lighting Upgrades: 10 units
- Door Overhaul: 74 units
- Tight Lock Auto Coupler Overhaul: 74 units
