To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what steps his Department is taking to (a) modernise the current property system, (b) conduct a mass digitisation of documents, (c) increase communicative protections to prevent gazumping/gazundering, and (d) streamline the system of conveyance from sale to re-registration.
