To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to the answer of 8 June 2026 to question 6167 on Russia: Shipping, whether the maritime interdiction of the Russian Shadow Fleet vessel SMYRTOS was conducted under Article 110 of UNCLOS.
