Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, whether she has made an assessment of the potential impact on member democracy of the use of electronic quick vote systems for charities and civil society group AGMs.

Answer

Trustees have wide discretion to determine the running of elections at their charity through powers appointed in their charity’s governing document.
