To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what the total cost to the public purse has been of HS2 Ltd holding the Washwood Heath RSMD site since acquisition.

BBV has been working on the Washwood Heath Depot site since September 2020. The contract for the design and construction of the Washwood Heath Depot and Network Integrated Control Centre was awarded on 30th April 2026 to the TWA Joint Venture. Total costs will be made available as the work progresses.
