To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, pursuant to the written statement of 1 July 2026, on Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026, HCWS173, whether the payments relating to the EU Flagship Fund and EU Anti-Corruption Initiative will involve direct UK Exchequer contributions to the European Union.
