Structures Fund
- Question
-
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, whether she plans to review the requirement that projects funded through the Structures Fund be completed by 31 March 2030 in cases where that deadline may prevent the restoration of nationally significant transport infrastructure.
- Answer
-
There are no plans to review this requirement. Eligibility for the Fund is restricted to structures that require repair or replacement now or are likely to before 31 March 2030. Schemes to repair or replace these structures must be completed and reopened to traffic by 31 March 2030.
