To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, with reference to Volumes 1 and 2 of the Government response to the Humble Address on Lord Mandelson, whether electronic communications between Lord Mandelson and Morgan McSweeney have been copied to the official record and retained.

I refer the Hon Member to the Government’s statement and release of information on 1st June, providing an update on the response to the Humble Address.
