Kashmir: Human Rights

Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, whether she has made representations to her Pakistani counterpart on human rights in the Jammu and Kashmir region.

Answer

I refer the Hon Member to the answer provided on 16 June in response to Question 7530, and I can assure her that we are continuing to monitor developments carefully, and discuss them with our international counterparts as necessary.
