Euston Station: Regeneration

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, whether the Euston Masterplan will set out the anticipated number of (a) homes and (b) affordable homes to be delivered.

We are working at pace with our Master Development Partner, Lendlease, on a Masterplan for Euston, with an emphasis on growth and delivering much needed housing. The number of homes and affordable homes is subject to the development of the Masterplan.
