To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, if he will list each Non-Legally Binding Instrument that has been signed by the department and it's Arms Length Bodies since July 2024.

The Department does not classify agreements in the named category specified in the question. However, the Department has interpreted the term as referring to Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs). On this basis, there are currently 29 MoUs recorded centrally with a start date on or after July 2024.
