To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what pre-protocol letters on legal action have been sent to his Department by the London Borough of Tower Hamlets since July 2024.

The department received a Pre-Action Protocol letter from the London Borough of Tower Hamlets in August 2024 and provided a response. It is not the Government's usual practice to comment any further on legal correspondence.
