Digital Technology: Sales

Question

To ask Her Majesty's Government what plans they have to reform the Consumer Rights Act 2015 rules for digital content purchased post-Brexit to include a 28-day refund rule.

Answer

HM Government has no plans to amend current legislation on digital content. However, the Government has committed to retaining strong protections for consumers post Brexit.
