To ask Her Majesty's Government how many Ministry of Defence invitations to tender ended in a failure to award any contract in the (1) 2009/10, (2) 2014/15, and (3) 2018/19, financial years.

The number of Ministry of Defence invitations to tender that have ended in a failure to award any contract is not held centrally and could be provided only at disproportionate cost.
