To ask Her Majesty's Government whether Agility Trains West account for delays incurred by their trains using the miles per casualty measure.

Miles per Technical Incident is the common performance statistic calculated for all classes of trains used for passenger services on the national network. These statistics are collated by the Rail Delivery Group from data collated from the train operators. The Hitachi Intercity Express Trains owned by Agility Trains West are included in these statistics.
