East Coast Rail Franchise

To ask Her Majesty's Government who are the members of the management team responsible for the new East Coast Main Line franchise.

The executive members of the current Virgin Trains East Coast board are all eligible to transfer to London & North Eastern Railway (LNER) under the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006. Any additional appointments to the LNER board and to the Board of its holding company will be announced in due course.
