To ask His Majesty's Government whether all haulage vehicles transporting food retail or goods from Great Britain to Northern Ireland in consignments intended to remain in Northern Ireland will be fitted on each trip with a seal designed to track movement of the goods and ensure that the consignment is not altered or added to until the completion of its journey.

It is correct that goods moving from Great Britain to Northern Ireland, including food retail goods, which are intended to stay in Northern Ireland, will travel in sealed consignments to ensure that only internal UK traders are able to move goods without being subject to tariffs.
