To ask His Majesty's Government, whether the UK was involved in the reported indirect talks between the US and Iran in Oman in May.

The UK did not participate in any such indirect talks in Oman in May. We remain in close contact with E3 (UK, France, Germany) and US partners to establish next steps in nuclear diplomacy with Iran. E3 Political Directors met their Iranian counterpart in Abu Dhabi on 12 June to discuss a range of issues. Iran's actions over the past month have made progress towards a diplomatic solution much more difficult.
