National Highways is responsible for clearing litter between junctions 4 and 14 of the M11, and it inspects the motorway fortnightly to monitor any build-up of litter. It also undertakes additional litter collection activity alongside routine maintenance works. Between junctions 4 and 6, litter was last collected on 12 August.
