Antisocial Behaviour Orders: Middlesbrough

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what estimate she has made of the number of antisocial behaviour orders issued to residents of Middlesbrough local authority.

Antisocial behaviour orders (ASBOs) are issued by courts. Data relating to ASBOs are not held below the level of a Criminal Justice System (CJS) area and any order issued by a court in one CJS area may relate to a prohibition in a neighbouring area.
The latest data available for 2010 shows that there were 26 ASBOs issued by all courts in the Cleveland CJS area which contains Middlesbrough local authority.
