To ask the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change with reference to the announcement by the Deputy Prime Minister of 11 April 2012 on energy bills, when he plans to make an assessment of the effect of commitments by energy suppliers to help their customers identify best tariff options.

DECC is discussing the details of the implementation of the agreement that the Deputy Prime Minister reached with energy suppliers, including how best to measure the impact of the commitments.
