DECC is discussing the details of the implementation of the agreement that the Deputy Prime Minister reached with energy suppliers. The agreement does not specify the detail of the agreed annual communication to help customers identify the best tariff option for them. Ofgem are also considering a number of proposals relating to information on energy bills as part of their retail market reforms.
