To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what estimate he has made of the likely clean-up costs that would be incurred if Defence Munitions Longtown were to be closed.

In the event that Defence Munitions Longtown is no longer required for defence use, remediation costs would be dependent on the future use of the site.
