Will the Secretary of State confirm what his colleague, the Chief Secretary to the Treasury, the right hon. Member for Inverness, Nairn, Badenoch and Strathspey (Danny Alexander) had difficulty in doing the other day: that the employment rate is still below pre-recession levels?
