Proceeding contribution from Baroness Smith of Basildon (Labour) in the House of Lords on Monday, 12 May 2014. It occurred during Debates on delegated legislation on Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2014.
Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2014
