These regulations were made in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 5(3), 30(1), 32(3), 41(3), 72(3) and 105(6) of Regulation (EU) 2016/2031, as retained in UK law from section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972. This statutory instrument has been made in part to correct an error in S.I. 2021/136.
