The database of rogue landlords and property agents will contain details of landlords and property agents who have been served with a banning order, or have been convicted of a banning order offence, or have received two or more civil penalties.

ResilienceDirect is the UKs secure and free to use web-based platform for the Resilience Community. ResilienceDirect enables the sharing of real time information across all category 1 and 2 emergency responders, government departments and other key agencies, including the Devolved Administrations, for emergency planning, response and recovery. The database holds a total of 164,049 Environment Agency flood defence assets, such as walls, embankments and flood gates, which operate together to manage flood risk in England. Currently there are over 20,000 users.

The Government is planning to introduce the database of rogue landlords and property agents with effect from 1 October 2017.

NHS England is working with primary care support providers to develop a new cervical screening call and recall system. We expect the new cervical screening call and recall system to be introduced by April 2019. In addition, NHS England is working closely with Public Health England to align implementation plans for human papillomavirus (HPV) primary screening. We expect HPV screening to be rolled out from April 2019.
NHS England closely monitors the coverage rates for cervical screening in all age groups and is committed to improving coverage. Local NHS England commissioners analyse coverage rates within their area and work with healthcare professionals to improve coverage. This includes sharing and implementing best practice such as cervical screening guides for general practitioner practices or targeting practices with low coverage rates. At a national level NHS England is working with Public Health England to make evidence based improvements such as improving invitation letters to patients to encourage more to attend their cervical screening appointment.
NHS England is working in partnership with Cancer Research UK and Macmillan Cancer Support on the ACE (Accelerate, Coordinate, Evaluate) Programme aiming to generate knowledge about effective approaches to achieve earlier diagnosis. A number of ACE test sites are evaluating approaches to increase screening rates in a range of groups, including black and ethnic minority women, women with learning disabilities and women from disadvantaged backgrounds.

We want to make it as simple as possible for schools and local authorities to determine eligibility for free school meals (FSM).
We understand that some local authorities have found this approach can be an effective tactic. However, it does not provide a complete or sustainable solution to automatic registration for FSM. We do not consider further legislation to be necessary for this particular approach.
To support FSM registration, the department provides an online eligibility checking facility; and a model registration form for schools to use within their enrolment process.
The department is exploring what opportunities exist in the longer term to make FSM registration processes more efficient.

With respect to the findings in the report, we do not plan to stop the retention and use of custody images. These images are used by the police to obtain leads during investigations, but would only be one factor in these investigations.
