Is my noble friend prepared to consider further any limitations in the amendments that he has put down, which say in several places, for instance, ““for ‘projects’ substitute ‘anything’””? Yes indeed. It is actually called the Pyramus and Thisbe Club, and it has London and regional representation. It expanded quite considerably after the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 became law.
