Localism Bill
Is my noble friend prepared to consider further any limitations in the amendments that he has put down, which say in several places, for instance, ““for ‘projects’ substitute ‘anything’””? The concern is that it is ““anything””, not just ““projects””. Would he consider further representations on that subject?
