The Department for Education has not made any arrangements for schools to commemorate the White Rose resistance movement because we believe it is important for schools to decide the most appropriate way to mark this.
Universities are independent organisations and able to make their own decisions about which groups and movements to commemorate. The Government do not determine universities' decisions in this area.
