UNITED NATIONS AND THE REBUILDING OF IRAQ
That this House believes that the post-war reconstruction of Iraq must be built upon the broadest possible foundation of international support; reaffirms that such a foundation is best built at the United Nations; and calls upon Her Majesty's Government to work with all permanent members of the UN Security Council to achieve consensus to address the urgent problems of delivering humanitarian aid to Iraq and establishing a government in Iraq that acts for the benefit of its own people.
