That this House affirms the rightness of the established convention of the House, whereby honourable Members must inform other honourable Members who constituency they plan to visit, and that constituents who approach an honourable Member for another constituency should be directed to their own constituency Member; and calls upon all honourable Members of all parties to observe the above courtesies.
