EAST MIDLANDS ELECTRICITY COMPANY'S PURCHASE OF CUP FINAL TICKETS

That this House is astounded that the newly privatised East Midlands Electricity Company, which recently launched a ??10 million cost cutting programme has spent ??28,000 of shareholders' money on black market Cup Final tickets; and calls upon the Football Association to launch an inquiry as to the origin of these tickets which were denied to ordinary football supporters.
