PRIME MINISTER'S USE OF THE NHS
That this House welcomes the declaration by the Prime Minister that he `unfailingly' uses the National Health Service; congratulates him on his good recovery from his recent dental operation; records its gratitude for the staff and facilities at Essex Hospital, Bishop's Stortford - particularly the consultant who was willing to add the Right honourable Gentleman as a National Health Service patient to his Saturday list of private paying patients; and expresses its earnest hope that all patients requiring treatment similar to the Right honourable Gentleman are able to avail themselves of such convenient arrangements in the opportunity society.
