CONSUMERS' REMEDIES AGAINST BIG RETAILERS

That this House calls on the Government to introduce new legislation that enhances consumers' opportunities to obtain swift remedies against big retailers who fail to meet promised dates for deliveries, deliver damaged or faulty goods and contemptuously disregard their customers' inconvenience and loss through their poor service.
