That this House notes that 275 hon. Members have indicated to the hon. Member for Swindon South their support for her Public Sector Buildings (Energy Performance) Bill, brought forward via the Private Members' Bill Ballot; further notes that both the Government and Opposition were content for the Bill to be given a Second Reading; and calls on the Government to support the amendments tabled to the Climate Change Bill by the hon. Member for Gower, which seek to enact the provisions of the Public Sector Buildings (Energy Performance) Bill.
