That this House welcomes the end of the United States Presidency of George Bush; observes that this former head of the CIA. and Vice President to Ronald Reagan has been a party to unprecedented United States military action in Nicaragua, El Salvador, Panama, Libya and the Gulf, has presided over an economic strategy to further divide the United States and a world strategy to impoverish millions; also has more lately sought to subjugate the United Nations to the interests of the United States military and economic interests; and is therefore relieved that he was so emphatically defeated in the election in November.
