Proxy voting for parental absence

The Speaker has certified, under the terms of the temporary Standing Order on voting by proxy for parental absence and the Resolution of the House of 28 January, that Mark Pritchard is eligible to have a proxy vote cast on his behalf, starting from 3 February 2020 and finishing on 16 February 2020. The nominated proxy is Sir Charles Walker.
