The Speaker has confirmed the eligibility of the following Member to have a proxy vote cast on their behalf in the present Parliament, under the terms of the temporary Standing Order on voting by proxy for parental absence and the Resolution of the House of 28 January 2019: Mark Pritchard, certificate dated 24 October 2019, eligibility to commence 3 February 2020 and expire 16 February 2020.
