Mr. Boswell:: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what assessment he has made of the relationship between the level of taxation and levels of Government net borrowing. [221088] Mr. Boateng: The 2004 pre-Budget report set out the Treasury's latest projections for net borrowing and tax receipts. Projections will be updated in the Budget in the usual way.
