To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, what the projected total managed expenditure for (a) 2007-08 and (b) 2011-12 is; what the projected annually managed expenditure for (a) 2007-08 and (b) 2011-12 is; what the projected total departmental expenditure limits for (a) 2007-08 and (b) 2011-12 are.

Mr. George Osborne: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer (1) what the projected total managed expenditure for (a) 2007-08 and (b) 2011-12 is; [223362] (2) what the projected annually managed expenditure for (a) 2007-08 and (b) 2011-12 is; [223363] (3) what the projected total departmental expenditure limits for (a) 2007-08 and (b) 2011-12 are. [223364] Mr. Boateng: Plans for Total Managed Expenditure (TME), including Departmental Expenditure Limits (DEL) and Annually Managed Expenditure (AME), up to 2007-08 are set out in Chapter C of Budget 2005. Illustrative long-term fiscal projections for 2010-11 and beyond were set out in the 2004 "Long-term Public Finances Report" and were updated in Annex A of Budget 2005.
