Mr. Pickles: To ask the Deputy Prime Minister for what reasons Brentwood borough council has been directed to draw up a Gypsy and Traveller development plan document. [223211] Yvette Cooper: The reason for the First Secretary of State, my right hon. Friend the Deputy Prime Minister being minded to direct Brentwood borough council to prepare an additional development plan document is set out in a letter of 7 March from the Government Office for the East of England, a copy of which has been made available in the Library of the House.
