- To what extend the catch and release system of fishing for salmon on salmon rivers has resulted in the preservation of salmon stocks; whether it has changed levels of participation in the sport of fly-fishing for salmon; whether it has changed levels of tourism in Scotland; and whether it has affected employment in the areas involved.
