Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to the Answer of 21 February 2005,431 c214W, on street works, if he will place in the Library copies of the documents to which reference is made. - Copies of the report "Estimation of the Cost of Delay from Utilities' Street Works" placed in the Library on 14 October 2004.

Answer: Mr. Chope: To ask the Secretary of State for Transport pursuant to the Answer of 21 February 2005, Official Report, column 214W, on street works, if he will place in the Library copies of the documents to which reference is made.
