- Why the Insitution of Electronics & Electrical Incorporated Engineers & other incorporated engineering Institutions have been excluded from Schedule 1, part 2, of proposed European Communities (Recognition of Professional Qualifications) Regulations 1990 when their qualifications comply fully with Article 1d of the Directive 89/ 48/EEC & they are recognised by this country in same special form as Chartered Engineering Institutions & the Engineering Council.
