Countryside Alliance Protests (Parliament Square)

- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many people were arrested under the Prevention of Terrorism Acts during investigations of offences alleged to have been committed at, immediately after, or in connection with the Countryside Alliance protests in Parliament Square on 15 September 2004.

The police have advised that no-one has been arrested under the Terrorism Act 2000 as the result of investigations linked to the Countryside Alliance protest on 15 September 2004.
