Insurance Premium Tax

- To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what recent representations he has received from organisations representing leaseholders with concerns about alleged fraud regarding the insurance premium tax.

Some allegations of underpayment of insurance premium tax have been received from one organisation and these have been investigated by HM Revenue and Customs.
